[Addon request] virtual keyboard

Something like this http://imgur.com/D3YHZAZ, but preferably with standard qwerty layout and compatible with 1.12.

Almost every post i've made yet was regarding touchsreen berriers. Having an ability to write while playing in fullscreen mode (ofc without keyboard) is the last thing that i'am missing for full playability.
Is there any existing addon with such function or good soul who can write one like that?
