TIFU by moving and forgetting to deactivate my authenticator...

Today I fucked up Elysium staff….

About 2 months ago I shattered my phone requiring that I get a new one and low and behold it didn’t save my authentication info (as expected). Lazy me said “oh what the hell, my settings allow for me to bypass the authentication process as long as I am on my home IP and the random gmail account I created for the authenticator was stored on loose leaf paper somewhere on my desk”. All was dandy and not fixing things on my control panel was seemingly working well for me until I decided to move 5 hours away for work this past weekend and throw away that piece of paper….

I have no way of accessing my account here but can provide all credentials necessary and even upload a picture of my photo ID if it will do any good? My account name is ******* and if you have anymore questions please feel free to ask. If you were to remove the authenticator setting on my account I will gladly create another one when all is finished.

You can try contacting a support representative "Jakira". She can do way more than I can with this issue.

In game or ingame and control panel? IF you can log into the control panel to disable it I would do that. 99% sure you wont be able too, but Its worth a shot.

Dont do that. Its not needed in the least as your real name isn't needed in making an account.
