babybrah 0 Report post Posted April 18, 2017 Dear Elysium Staff, I'm sorry to bother you, but i got a new phone this week and iCloud didnt sync the Google Authenticator app. I have neither the e-mail with the code nor a backup or something similar. I'm also not logged in in the control panel to reset the code. Could you send me a new qr-code via mail?
