Lag, lag , lag....and more lag.

Greetings , i have this problem when i'm playing in-game (i connect and i get an overrall of 1000-2000 ms)

When the servers were full (elysium with 11k ) i had some lag , but now the poblation of the servers .....don't reach that ammount 

 

Sometimes i have 5 minutes with no delay.

I'm from Venezuela.
