manetheren 1 Report post Posted April 29, 2017 Hello! I'm lost my phone with app for 2FA (xiaomi mi3, problem with battery, need change motherboard). QR code was delete too. I create this account with my main e-mail. This e-mail have my real name information (on gmail). I can do photo with my pasport & me for proof my persona. Many people have same problem: lost access to 2FA app & lost mail with qr-code. What we can do with this issue?
