Remaining at the status "Connected" into "Disconnected from server"

Hi, When I try to connect to the server "Anathema" it remains at the status "Connected" for about 1 minute before saying the message "Disconnected from server". I can login to all the other servers no problem and the issue only occurs on the server "Anathema". Is there a fix for this? thanks for your help. It never happened to me before and it is the first time.

Maybe posting it on twitter would help the player base understand that it is down as not everyone is on the discord.

I'm trying to login for the past 40mins but is says connected then disconnect from the server.  But the Elysium server shows online?

@mengsai anathema is currently offline. They just did not post it anywhere except in their "NEWS discord" server.
