JaRi1006 0 Report post Posted May 6, 2017 Hello. i have for a long time(months ago) played and set up authenticator and all. but now i want to play again and it says i need to enter my authenticator pin, but i have at some point, cant remember to be excact, removed the pin from my authenticator app(google).. i have tried to enter it again from the QR i got back then, but it doesn't seem to work.. what can i do ? EDIT: basicly i think it will work if i can somehow remove the authenticator from my account, i cant remember all chars and stuff i have on my account, but i can provide all the info about the account itself(email adress, registration confirmed mail screenshot, phone nr, etc etc.) Edit 2 : i can remember some info about my ingame chars if that helps the process.. :) main char is mage with enchantning and tailoring as professions 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
