Pumpkinsoup 0 Report post Posted May 7, 2017 I finished the first 3 Mithril Order quests in STV, and was presented with a usable signet to summon the "Hammer of Expertise". I am above 210 BS and used it, but the hammer did not appear in my inventory upon use.
