Can't connect

Hello

For one reason I cannot connect to the login server.
IF I try to connect, it will go form connecting to disconnected from the server.
I've never had this problem before.

I do can connect with a VPN though, but that's with a free VPN one 
I've been playing the whole day before this ocurred. 

And I can connect other priv servers. 

Things I've tried:

Deleting WDB + WTF file.

changing the DSN settings from that internet protocol 4 or something (in internet options) to  the right prefered DNS-adresses. (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
