Guards not showing locations on map or saying where

When I ask a guard where something is such as the alchemy trainer they don't tell me or show it just says Greetings Zigali and that's it they don't show it on the map and all I can do is close the box

They only make a mark on the map for you after you ask them. Don't know if this is blizzlike or a bug, only played retail from TBC on and on retail they always told you  where it is and make a mark. But maybe it is even blizzlike I have no clue.

When I choose some options they tell me but other they don't tell me or leave a mark on the map they just say greetings zigali and the only option I have it to close the box
