Druid form, bear, or cat, get on box by mine, slip off, take full health fall damage for 3513 10 percent durability loss.

Druid form cat, Lumber mill jump over wall to grab health power up, hit wall, drop off wall, 3138 fall damage 10 percent durability loss.

Druid Form bear, got hit while trying to cap a flag, ass went up in the air, nose in the ground ( like i was hidding on the flag ) 3513 fall damage 10 percent durability loss.

 

Need to fix this, can be reproduced as I did reproduce this same effective fall damage in all 3 places.
