lost my phone and 2FA isn't working

Hey guys

SO i lost my phone which i've the 2FA on it. I still have the original mail from elysium. 

i can enter the code/barcode but i seems like its the wrong 2FA code. I can't login to control panel.

Maybe it dont work because i was logged in at the other phone? Is there any option to recieve a new mail with the code/barcode?
