We are built with members all around the world. We are focused on clearing all PvE content - along with some PvP. The atmosphere in Forge is friendly, humorous and relaxed but we also try to focus on getting our Guild through the current content. No-one can do it alone - so let's do it together! Accept criticism to become a better player. • Fluent English language. • Be present and participate (Raiders/Trials near 100% on raids) • Be ready to give your A game! • We are a happy bunch of players so be humorous! • Be friendly and respect other players. • Don't beg or be a ninja. • Will to get progress in the future with us.RAIDINGOur raiding times: 18-22 ST on Wed/Sun, invites @ 17 ST (backup day: Tuesday) We have cleared both MC and Onyxia within one day - and we intend to keep that pace.Raiders and Trials: On Raids we require: Proper raiding spec, consumables (flasks not necessary), Addons. No slacking around and no additional smoke breaks. Focusing on and not wiping whole raid is also highly recommended! Loot System: Loot Council with Class Leaders At the moment we're using Loot Council since it has worked quite well with us. We want to be sure that the loot goes to the players who really deserve it. There are a lot of things influencing loot distribution - like; • Raid attendances • Activity within Guild • Overall benefit for Guild • Effort made for getting pre Bis gear • Raiding success (raid tactics, dmg done/healing done, effort) • And so on!We are using Discord actively!
