Warrior Defence stance quest doesn't exist..

Hello!

So i was going to do the Defence stance quest for night elf but when i came to Elanaria in Darnassus she had no quest for me. Is their a fix for this or can i never get Defence stance?

 

( I am level 15 so i should have the quest)
