Character problem with "The Missing Diplomat" quest

Character problem with "The Missing Diplomat" quest.

problem with http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=1267 , the last in "The Missing Diplomat" series. I can't take the reward for that quest. And i Can't restart it because there is no such quest in my quest-log. but quest giver show yellow "?" sign and offer the reward, such as i take the quest and complete it.  this could have happened if i take the quest but it not writes on my quest log. so quest competed. but i can't cancel or hand over it. help me please. ingame ticket i'm already written last week.
