Looking for some Addon recommendations

Hello, I'm looking for some basic Addon recommendations. Also I play rogue so any rogue specific addons would be good too.

Customizable UI

Bag addon 

Enemy castbar

Energy bar ticker (a bar that shows when I'm gonna get my next tick of energy)

I have questie but if there is something better I'm up for options.

Also just any Addon you recommend for someone just getting back to vanilla. Haven't played vanilla since it was official. Thanks for the help.
