(ex. patch 1.7) And if the item changes to 60 levels, does the existing user's item automatically change? Or do I have to buy a new one? If you do not change it automatically and you need to buy a new one, will the user who has fallen below the rank of 10 rank be able to buy the item after raising the rank again?
