ZK transfer

Hey, I just returned to the game. Noticed that my ZK characters have been moved from ZK to another dead server Anathema.  Is there anyway to transfer from Anathema to Elysium? Kinda odd that my characters got moved from a dead server to another dead server. I read it was a short transfer window, why I haven't I gotten any notifications? You could've sent me an email.

Hmm... seems like you had plenty of time to find out about the transfer. You know between the numerous posts and the two week grace period before transfers you probably should have noticed. Your definition of a dead server also makes you sound kind of like an idiot.

I've been working for weeks, just got home and figured out that the server I used to play on was gone. Usually news and announcements shows up in my inbox...

Contact a gm then. I don't think they're doing anything to correct this, but probably worth a shot.

All transfers are currently final barring any technical issue cases that are being resolved by our lead developer Wednesday.

Additionally, we did send an e-mail notification, along with announcements on every social media platform we are engaged on (Facebook, Twitter, VK, Discord, Reddit), numerous in-game announcements and plenty of threads about it have cropped up on our forums. We gave over a month's worth of a notifications about the transfer process and did our due diligence to alert the player base of this migration.
