In raids we strive to be as efficient as possible and keep a positive raiding environment for everyone. Flashback was earlier a Swedish guild has has recently merged with <NIRVANA> and is now an EU guild. For loot distribution we use Loot council. Raid times Thu/Sun 19:00-23:00 Server time. Wed BWL /MC Alt raids 19:00-23:00 Server Time (optional) Our fastest clear times are as follows: MC - 37 min BWL - 59 min AQ - 152 min Loot distribution and raid spots Factors when distributing loot and prioritizing raiders comes down to dedication which translates into the factors: - Attendance - Preparation (gear, enchants, consumables etc.) - Performance Recruitment Most of our core raiders are set but we do have some open spots: Holy priest 2x Paladins 2x Resto druids Needless to say, exceptionable players of any class are always welcome to apply. Status We have been farming all old content (BWL) for a long time and have started very well in AQ which is on farm too by now.
