Bartimus 0 Report post Posted July 2, 2017 My cellphone that i had my authenticathor on, to logg in on my account broke , and i dont have any way to get it back. My problem is i cant logg on without the authenticathor. Nor can i logg into the website because i need it there aswell, please help me figure out how i can get back to playing, i just cant figure out a way to get a new authenticathor on my new phone, that will get me logged in :S Best regards Bartimus 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Nemesisッ 3 Report post Posted July 4, 2017 Greetings, The first thing you should check is, whether you still have the 2FA email, that you received upon registering 2FA for your account. Said mail contains a QR-Code, which you can just scan again to reactivate 2FA on your new phone.
