Commander Gor'Shack Quest is not being offered by Galamav the Marksman

Dear team,

I'm a level 57 Orc Warrior and I can't seem to find the Commander Gor'Shack quest. I see that it is supposed to be offered by Galamav the Marksman, however when I speak with him he only offers me the quest "The Pack Mistress."

I have completed both of the Disharmony of Flame and Disharmony of Fire quests.

Please advise how I should proceed so that I may have this quest. Thank you!
