ciNage 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2017 Hey guys, i lost my phone and got the 2FA. Thought the Email was lost with the QR-Code and so i tried to remove the authenticator a few times. Now i found the email, scanned the QR-Code and got the Code, but if i want to login, it says "Call Customer Service" So please tell me what to do. Guest Report post Posted July 12, 2017 The Call Customer Service error message is when your 2FA code did not match enough times in a short timespan.
