Torrent is downloading as a notepad file?

I've played before but I've recently uninstalled the game + utorrent. Now, as I try reloading to get back on, the client is being downloaded as a notepad file, and when it's finished downloading and I try launching it, it cannot be opened because the file is too large for notepad to launch. Help?

You have .rar files associated with Notepad rather than an application that can open them like 7z or WinRAR. You need to clear that file association or manually open it with one of those applications to properly extract the contents.
