Characters missing. I've been offline for a while.

Hello.
After a long break I decided to play again. Logged on control panel on elysium webpage and I saw the message "Your Nostalrius transfer was successful!
However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!"
On the account was 2x60. Have the characters been removed for a long absence or something? Ty in advance for any info.

afetr loginng in-game I see ma chars... so. NVM and lock it ;)
