Today I reconnect on my account, and there is NO character... How is it possible ? Please help me, I love Elysium, but I don't have the time to restart the game again. Guest Report post Posted July 20, 2017 You'll need to make an in-game ticket requesting for a character restoration by name. If your character was just deleted, I also recommend changing your password and adding 2FA to your account, as it would indicate someone logged onto your account and used it before deleting the character.
