Broken Tooltip for Improved Mark/Gift of the Wild

I've had 5 talent points in improved mark of the wild for a long time, and the buff tooltip is always wrong. Can this be fixed? Nobody really has any idea they are being given an improved version of mark of the wild unless it's pointed out there is a bug in the tooltip.

It is my understanding tooltips cannot be corrected by patches as this information is baked into the client you're connecting with rather than values we can edit on the server side.
