Any Guilds Leveling That Plan To Raid Starting at MC?

I know I'm late to the party, but I left for a while after both my guilds dissolved under the drama a few months ago. I recently got that craving again, and with Gummy's up and down in less than 6 hours I decided to come back here. It could be either faction (Alliance Preferred), but I'm looking for a guild that plans to raid from the beginning, that would also be willing to accept a toon starting from level 1.

Looking for NA times specifically.
