Addons and in-game settings reseting

Yo,

Since the BWL update on Elysium my addons and in-game settings (buff durations, target of target,scrolling combat text etc.) get reset every time I log out.

Also my mouse buttons won't work properly for about a minute or two every time I log in. I can move the mouse around but can't either left or right click anything.

Does anyone know how to solve this?
