newest version of questie doesn't show quest tracker?

Just udpated questie to lastest version which is 3.9 I think, and I don't see quest tracker anymore.  Also all the quests I had done are now back on the maps which is annoying.

Is there a way to get the tracker back, or should I downgrade back to older versions?  what's the last version that had the tracker?
