Gnome Mount Sound Replacement

Hi everyone,

 

ever since I bought the Mechanostrider on my gnome, the sound of the metallic footsteps has been really annoying me. I don't want to turn off sound completely, so I looked for a way to silence only the footstep sound. I googled how to do that, but it hasn't quite worked, maybe someone can help..

 

What I did:

1. Created the path "Data/Sound/Creature/GnomeSpiderTank"

2. Created empty .wav files and put them in

3. Named empty wav files GnomeSpiderTankFootstepA through D

Result:

A part of the footsteps has gone, but 1-2 footstep sound effects remain and appear every couple of seconds when I run..

 

Does anyone have an idea what I can do?
