SO... as peepliez in /world chat have no doubt noticed, I like Tacos.. Alot! :D
BUT.. There are no tacos in-game, and this makes me sad..  :( 
To rectify this situation, I has a wee little proposition.. Add stuff to the game! 
Yes, I know this is a Blizz-like server, and peep's are nervous about adding anything to the game that wasn't in it durring vanilla days, but hear me out (or read, rather)!  ^.^
Back when (COUGHS) feenix.. was still popular, they had these thingies called Feenix shards.. I actually have no clue wth they were for, but I remember getting some from their anniversary event thing. 
They just sat in my bank until the server shut down cuz I didn't know what they were for (they were also gems, which be Purdy, enticing my tendency to collect shiny things).  :P 

Anyhoo.. I was thinking, that Elysium could do something similar, but Different (just call them Elysium Shards)! :D
Instead of just handing out such gems for dinky little reasons like an aniversary event, make us EARN them! ^.^
For example, if a lowly level 40 player wanders into Ungorro crater, and manages to take down a few level-?? mobs before wisely retreating to a lower level zone, he or she should be awarded with a shard or two for her troubles! 
That being said, she must have taken down sed creatures without any help from anyone else, so if the beast recieved dmg from more than one player-source, she will get no shards.  :P
These shards will have no benefit to the player on their own, although it might be kewl if the player got a buff showing that they has one or more shards in their possession (cause bragging rights, right?). ^.^
The shards themselves can then be taken to a Neutral vendor in Booty bay or Ratchet, which will then offer items for sale in exchange for these shards (this NPC should be a troll, akin to Griftah in shatt, and should be fairly hard to find in the town)! :D

And THIS is where we come to the Tacos!! and numerous other goodies..  The NPC should sell the following items: 
Elysium Taco: 5 Shards, Grants the player a +10% XP bonus for one hour, stacking up to Five times (each stack increases the time the buff lasts). 
Elysium Soda: 5 Shards, Grants the player +10% run speed for one hour, stacks five times. 
Elysium Burger: 10 Shards, Grants the player +5% Attack Power for one hour, stacks five times. 
Elysium Nachos: 10 Shards, Grants the player +5% Spell Power for one hour, stacks five times. 
Elysium Fries: 1 Shard, Sets the player on fire for one hour, stacks five times (does not actually harm the player). 
Elysium Milkshake: 1 Shard, Chills the player for one hour, stacks five times (does not actually harm the player). 

Additionally, if anyone else has any other ideas on what the NPC should sell, as long as their not TOO over-powered, have at it!  ^.^
