Stuck in the sea near Lost Rigger Cove (Tanaris)

Hi! I used autorun when fighting with mobs in lost rigger cove, and wow window closed. When i opened it, i was in the great sea (coords 90, 57), near the border of the map. Can't do nothing right now, cant cast anything or simply die. Relog also doesn't help. Please help!
