Noob (completely new to mmorpg) looking to form/join a party

So i played in Anathema for 2 days but find it difficult to join a party due to the low population and i decided to come here to start a new life. Anyone who is also new (at least in character level) and looking for form a party? I am causal player with following time active,

 

Monday ~ Friday: GMT 1200~1500, could be online from 0200~1200, but not always

Saturday & Sunday: GMT 0200~1500
