Banned on two seperate accounts

Greetings,

I tried loggin in to both my accounts and i get the error message ''This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use...'' I am absolutely sure that i  havent violated any rules and on top of that i can provide username, e-mails and even an authenticator number if it's called for.
