Can't get the item. Shouldn't require any pre-quests, unable to get a big chain because of this. Can you help?

Greetings, <GM> Lynck with you today, Please while the game is fully closed, delete your WDB/WTF folder from the WoW directory. When coming back into the game be sure to disable any addons that you may have. Sometimes they mess with the games interface, If that does not work please report it to our bug tracker located here https://github.com/elysium-project/server/issues so that our development team can investigate this bug and fix it ASAP!
