Took a break and my characters are gone

Hey I took a break from playing due to a new job and now that I have had down time I wanted to play again but my hunter and druid got deleted. I do not know how cuz I have an authenticator on it but if I could get them restored then it would be great if not then I guess Ill have to deal.
