Isn't possible to play from China?

Hello everyone!

I'm currently in China, I made a new account and download the game, did all steps and tried to play. The problem is that in the game main page after i put the account name and password it says always disconnected from server. then if I use a VPN it seems tries to connect but it never passes from the message "connecting". 

I saw there is a chinese forum for chins players so i guess there is people form china playing too right? can anyone help me with this and guide me on what to do to be able to play please?
