Shomiehawn 1 Report post Posted October 16, 2017 There is an auto-ban system for spamming in chat including whispering. It usually unlocks chat after an hour. If you are still having problems create an in-game ticket and have a GM unlock chat for you. Just explain that you think you set off the spam filter for whispering too much about the charter.
