Unable to log in after server is back

Hi, my character was banned before 1 year or so when there was overall banning accounts from getting hacked or something, and my acc was unbanned. I normaly played until the server was down and now again i can't log in. Please is there a way for me to get my character back 'cos i have A LOT of play time on him and really don't want for that to be wasted.. Character name Overing, Anathema, I hope that u can see that i was logged in before the server crash and that i am not lying. Please help!
