None Of My Characters Were Restored

Tried to Restore all my characters on Darrowshire. Even though the system said that the Restore was successful for each one, none of them were. I tried to go back and make a second attempt, but now when I try to login using the restore boxes the system tells me that either my user ID or password is incorrect. Guess I'll have to stay on LH.

Update: Tried again today (11/3) to do a Restore. This time I did get past the authentication, saw my list of chars on LH, proceeded to Restore each one, the system told me again that each char had been Restored...but AGAIN, none of them were.
