Trouble Restoring Characters/Account

Like others I have seen on the forums I am having troubles restoring my characters. Despite entering the correct password and username it says "Wrong Password or Authentication Rejected". I am 99% sure I am entering the write details as they are saved when I log launch my vanilla client for Elysium. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have the same problem. I used to be on Zeth'Kur and as I understand my chars was moved to Anatherma. When i try to log on it still points to Zeth'Kur and I can't find a way to change it. I just get disconnected.
