Character has not been transferred to Elysium

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

after a long time I tried to start playing WoW again. Back then I transferred my account from nostalrius, but didn't play after that. After I logged in today, my characters were not there (not on any server). Is there a possibility to restore them? I can remember I had a lvl 60 undead mage and a ~lvl 30 orc warlock on nostalrius.
