Can't Log In to play

I've played before, so I tried to restore my characters a couple days ago, wouldn't work so I changed my password, still didn't work. Fast forward to today, I try to restore my characters again and hey! It actually works today.

I download the game and change my realmlist to logon.elysium-project.org like I'm suppose to, but when I try to login from there I can't. Something's wrong with my username/password (or so the game says) I thought it would be the same thing as the account restore :/ is there anyway to reset these or find out what they are?

Or is it another issue? I've been searching the forums but I haven't seen anything I thought relevant except maybe the login issue thread but that didn't help too much.
