Can change password but not login to game

As stated in title, I can change/reset pw, get e-mail and so on but  when I use the game client I can't log into the game using said pw. Can you help me? Really want to start playing on the new server, but I can't create a new account using the same e-mail address one more time.

I can't Get into my Account either I have not played for like a month and It won't let me in And My game stuff is the same as my forum account
