Character restoration don't wok but I can login into game.

As title says.
Trying to restore characters but every time "Wrong password or authentication rejected"  message shows up. I already reset my pass.
Logging into game works fine. On realm list i see only Nighthaven with "(5)" on the end. Of course, none of my characters are there.
Any tips?
