What happened with darrowshire and my character?

Hi comunity, my problem is rare, i was out of the game because i was studying hard to the test in the university but i´m back in elysium and my character restored in darrowshire doesn't exist now, and my character too, i lost all my character, my items and skills? is very frustating this. 

I need solutions
