My accounts dont work.

So I tried 2 different accounts, and neither sent me any sort of email, and wouldn't let me log into the game, but my realm list, and account info is correct. I asked a buddy if he could make me a account, because I could log into his perfectly fine. He made an account for me, and I was able to log in fine. He said he got an email for all the accounts he made, but I didn't. I'm wondering if my issue is maybe the "program" isnt picking up my account since no email went through.
