Page for posting manual removal of 2FA not working

I recently updated from iphone 6s to iphone 8! i still have the emails from elysium with QR  codes but when i try to insert the code i get and error and the account is suspended temporarily. I tried to post a manual removal of 2FA but the page that is linked there is not working for me. Is it anything you can do for me so i can start playing again? Please!
