Forgot my old account's password,got banned wth the new account.

I haven't logged in since March and I forgot the password of my old account. I created a new account so I can see if I could log in at all and I succeeded,but I can't enter with the new account now probably because I tried a lot of times to guess my old account's password.

I tried restoring my old account's password,but I got nothing in my e-mail.Can I get some assistance,pls?
