Wrong password or authentication rejected

I get this message upon attempting to restore my characters...I just reset my password and logged on to the PvP server, created a new character and played for a little bit.

So my account is fine, the character restoration tool just isn't working for me.

Any help would be appreciated to bring my characters back to life.
